The Council meets on the first Monday of each month at 7pm in the Castlemilk Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Carmunnock Parish Church

Church services are held each Sunday at 11am and evening services are held at 6pm on the first Sunday of the month (October to April) Communion services are held on the last Sunday of April and October.

The Guild

The Guild is open to both women and men and meets in the Clason Hall at 2pm every Monday.

Sunday School

The Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings from 11am to 12 noon for children between the ages of 5 and 11. There is also a creche for children under 5 years in the Reid Hall.

Rainbows

The Rainbows are for girls aged 5-7 years, and held in the Clason Hall every Tuesday evening from 5.15pm to 6.30pm (during term time)

The Autumn Club

The Autumn Club is open to both men and women and meets every alternate Wednesday in the Reid Hall at 2pm from October to March inclusive.

Carmunnock Heritage Society

The village Preservation Society was formed in 1964 and strives to preserve the historical and architectural heritage of the village. The Society holds an AGM in April which is open to the public. Life membership per family or single person is ?10.

The Horticultural Society

The Society was founded in the latter part of the 19th century and holds an Annual Flower Show in the Castlemilk Hall the last Saturday of August. Purchase of a schedule for the Show at ?1 is regarded as an annual subscription.

Performs a variety of mainly lighthearted productions, a minimum of twice a year.

Activities include fundraising events towards upkeep of the village hall. The Hall is available for hire.

Representatives from community groups get together to organise and run the Gala which is held on the second Saturday of June.

Carmunnock Village Recreation Club

Membership is available to all resident in Carmunnock. Facilities include bar, hall for functions, darts, and a room for snooker and pool. A # jamming session# is held on the last Friday of the month.

This group meets every Tuesday morning in the Clason Hall during school terms, from 9.30am to 11.30am. All parents and carers of babies and toddlers up to the age of 3 are most welcome.
